I can not often make brownies, I'm more of a person Blondie, but it is difficult to get a soft, fudge brownie, especially the one with the flavor of rich chocolate. This is the kind of brownies I can not stop eating.

They are soft, not too sweet, and extract a rich chocolate flavor. They taste of their own, drizzled with melted chocolate, a layer of powdered sugar or my new favorite: a pinch of sea salt and vanilla. I got my first experience with sea salt, a few months ago when I was in Chicago and I wanted to try it again, and I'm addicted. It really works on top of brownies and a little goe
s a long way.

The brownies, it is important to use quality chocolate. I like to use chocolate gourmet cooking when I can (as such) because it makes a difference. Same with the vanilla, I would never consider using imitation vanilla extract, it really does not pack the punch required. It is always best to get the best quality ingredients you can, it will push the taste of your products to a new level.

That said, go treat yourself to some 'of high quality
