Ingredients
* 4 ounces chopped white chocolate
* 1 / 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 14 ounces milk
* 2 oz cream
* 3 pieces of star anise
Directions
Place the chopped chocolate and vanilla in a bowl. In a saucepan, heat the milk, cream and star anise to a boil. Pour over chocolate and stir until dissolved. Strain into cups to remove the star anise.
