- 1 cup (tea) of cocoa powder or chocolate milk (90 g)
- 2 tablets margarine (200 g)
- 2 cups (tea) of sugar (360 g)
- 4 eggs
- Vanilla 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
- 1 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour (180 g)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (5 g)
How to Prepare Chocolate Chip Brownies
- Melt margarine and mix with chocolate powder
- Add sugar, eggs, vanilla and beat lightly until mixed
- Stir in flour, baking powder and stir well
- Pour batter into a rectangular baking pan (23x35 cm)
- Greased with margarine and bake in a moderate oven, preheated for 40 minutes or until the toothpick sticking it out dry
- Let cool and cut into squares
